$250.00 security deposit will be secured with a credit card (will not be charged unless there are damages).
House will be cleaned after your departure, however picking up is appreciated. Garbage must be in trash bin outside, and dirty dishes put in dishwasher and dishwasher turned on. No parties allowed!
